Haiti : Violette crowned closing series champions against Baltimore [4-0]

Violette Athletic Club (VAC), the legendary blue and white club nicknamed "The Old Tiger" asserted its dominance in the 2025-2026 D1 Paryaj Lakay league by achieving an impressive national double, winning both the opening and closing series. With this historic double, Violette AC writes a new glorious chapter in its history and confirms its status as a leading force in Haitian football.

"Already crowned champions in the opening tournament after an intense confrontation against Baltimore SC, VAC repeated their success in the closing final, played at Parc Sainte-Thérèse. The VAC players delivered a polished performance to secure a 4-0 victory against Baltimore SC of St. Marc," noted the Haitian Football League (LHF). Goals from Daison Norestant (5' [1-0]), Jerry Anis (35' [2-0]), Clavens Exantus (77' [3-0]), and Stay Plaisimond (87' [4-0]) allowed the Old Tiger to conclude its campaign in style, demonstrating that it possesses all the qualities of a true champion.

As a result of this brilliant season, Violette Athletic Club will represent Haiti at the Caribbean Cup, while Baltimore SC will participate in the Caribbean Shield. A well-deserved reward for two teams that enlivened the season until the very end.

More than just a title, this season represents the expression of an institution built on tradition, high standards, and ambition.
